Ainsley has over 18 years experience working in the community services sector, within both community and secure settings. She is passionate about working with clients to explore their interests and build upon their current strengths.
Ainsley enjoys cooking, discovering new places and events around Melbourne and finding a new TV series or movie to relax with at the end of the day.
Ainsley has a dual Diploma of Community Services (Mental Health and Alcohol and other Drugs), experience working with children who live with ASD and extensive experience in complex case management.
She is driven to see progression within community services sector, in particular the areas of Disability and Mental Health.
Elias works the Thrive Community office in Caroline Springs. He takes care of all our administration tasks, shift rostering for our clients and ensures our day to day tasks run smoothly.
In his spare time Elias enjoys spending time with his friends, playing video games, cooking and watching sports.
Elias speaks English and Greek.
Louise joined the Thrive Community team in 2023 and offers assistance with Support Coordination and support work.
Louise has over 20 years experience in the Community Services sector, working within a range of community based and forensic settings.
Louise is a seasoned traveller, having been around Australia and various countries around the world.
When she isn't planning her next trip, you can find Louise at home in the garden, spending time with friends and exploring local areas to capture our amazing Australian landscapes.
Nilesh has recently completed his Certificate IV in Disability qualification. He is an incredibly kind and gentle member of the Thrive Community team who is passionate about providing the best care for our clients.
Nilesh enjoys gardening, travelling, playing the guitar, piano, singing, cooking, playing, meditation & yoga, photography, shopping, watching movies, indoor & outdoor game. He is a keen adventurer and likes to stay fit and active.
Nilesh speaks English, Nepali Hindi and Urdu.
Nilesh is available to provide support in Tarneit, Point Cook, Werribee, Melton and surrounding areas.
Thrive Community welcomed Georgia to the team in September 2022. She has jumped right into her role as a support worker. Georgia is keen to learn and develop a career in the Community Services sector.
Georgia is currently studying her Diploma of Community Services. She has completed Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance and Certificate III in Community Services.
Georgia enjoys watching the AFL, especially Geelong.
Georgia loves working with children and taking them to local community events.
Jason joined the Thrive Community team in 2022. He has a Certificate III in Individual Support and enjoys helping provide care and support to others.
Jason enjoys gaming, going to the gym, sports and watching movies. His favourite sport is soccer and his favourite team is Manchester United.
Jason speaks English, Arabic and basic Russian. He is available to provide support in Taylors Lakes, Melton, Sunbury, Keilor and surrounding suburbs.
Helen has completed her Certificate IV in Disability and is committed to her role as a disability support worker in the Thrive Community team.
Helen spends many of her shifts taking our younger clients into the community to explore, develop client areas of interest and enhance social engagement. Over the past 12 months Helen has been to most of Melbourne's zoos, aquariums, trampoline and theme parks.
In her time outside of work, Helen is also a swim teacher, keen LEGO enthusiast and gamer.
Helen is an accredited LEGO therapist and provides weekly social group sessions in our Thrive Community office.
Helen is available to provide support in Hillside, Taylors Lakes, Melton, Caroline Springs and surrounding areas.
Jenny joined the Thrive Community team in 2023 after searching for a meaningful career change.
She is an energetic and thoughtful member of our team who loves getting out into the community to assist our clients undertake new experiences and develop independence.
In her spare time, you will find Jenny with her family, gaming and taking part in creative arts. She also loves fashion, make up and holds a Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
Jenny speaks fluent Greek, Japanese and English.
Achok is an experienced disability support worker and possesses an empathic, empowering attitude when providing support to her clients.
Achok has a Certificate IV in Disability and Mental Health and is interested in Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to help support those who live with psychosocial disability.
Achok is an incredibly busy mother who spends lots of time supporting her children to take part in community and sporting based activities.
Achok is available to provide support in Werribee, Point Cook and surrounding areas.
Achok speaks English, Dinka and Swahili.
Annette is an experienced child care educator who has joined the Thrive Community team to expand her knowledge and experience working in the Disability sector.
Annette has a very quiet and gentle nature however this doesn't stop her getting in and getting the job done. Her energy to support clients to achieve their goals is motivating and insipiring.
When she isn't working across the disability and child care sectors, you will find Annette spending time with her family, keeping fit and enjoying the outdoors with friends.
Annette speaks English and Maltese.
Annette is available to provide support in Caroline Springs, Hillside, Melton, Werribee and Point Cook.
Mary-Anne is an incredibly warm and friendly member of the Thrive Community team. Mary-Anne strives to provide a high level of care and support to all of her clients and enjoys making sure everything is well taken care of in her client homes.
Mary-Anne has experience in disability, aged care and cleaning services.
Jenny is a warm, funny and compassionate member of the Thrive Community team.
Growing up in the west of Melbourne, Jenny is familiar with all that our local area has to offer.
Jenny enjoys listening to music, cooking, yoga and Pilates and creating a warm family home for her husband and teenage son.
Over the last 15 years Jenny and her family have hosted students from around the world. She is passionate learn Spanish and travel to South America one day with her family.
Cathy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Community Services sector, having worked for over 15 years with individuals and groups from various backgrounds in the community.
Cathy takes a gentle approach to her work, which allows her to build rapport quickly with everyone she meets.
She enjoys spending time in the garden, Italian cooking, reading and creating lifelong memories with her grandchildren.
Zen has an extensive background in Nursing, recently undertaking a career change to pursue disability support work. She has wonderful knowledge of the health care system which has assisted her to transition to the disability sector and support our clients to access services via the health care system.
Zen enjoys singing, karaoke, meeting new people, travel and is currently undertaking a Diploma of Community Services.
